Marketing Executive (12 month FTC)
Job summary:
You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns across a range of channels. These campaigns aim to boost brand awareness, generate leads, and drive audience engagement.
A significant part of the role involves copywriting, including the creation of blog posts, social media content and campaigns, email marketing materials, and company literature.
To thrive in this position, you should have a strong grasp of marketing principles and tools, a keen eye for detail, and a creative mindset. Excellent communication skills are essential for crafting compelling content and coordinating campaigns effectively.
As we continue to expand our digital presence, a genuine interest in digital marketing will be a valuable asset.
Main responsibilities:
You will be responsible for creating engaging and compelling marketing content across digital platforms, including the website, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and company literature. This will involve using your own initiative and conducting research to produce high-quality copy that aligns with brand messaging and campaign goals.
You’ll manage the content calendar across multiple brands, repurposing existing materials and generating new content, while proactively suggesting ideas to enhance our social media presence. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll also help optimise content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
Your role will include managing marketing campaigns from planning through to execution, supporting the creation of impactful marketing emails, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Additionally, you’ll conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices that inform content strategy. You’ll also make full use of our CRM system to streamline campaign workflows, implement marketing automation, and improve overall efficiency.
