We are proud to hold Investors in People Platinum (IIP) accreditation. This award recognises excellence in developing and supporting employees. Only seven percent of businesses assessed by IIP worldwide have reached this standard.

Employee referral program

Good employees know other good employees. We have therefore created a process that will encourage all of us to act as talent ambassadors for Foster Denovo.
To encourage employees to refer new talent to Foster Denovo, the referring employee will receive a monetary reward of £500 for salaried positions and an amount of £1,000 for self-employed advisers, less applicable taxes, after the referred candidate is hired and has remained in the role past their probationary period or for over 6 months depending on which is applicable.
Note that the adviser must have a proven track record in their previous role of a issued turnover in excess of £120,000 per year.
The Voice
