Senior Consulting Partner
Purpose of the job:
To develop and maintain ongoing relationships and to provide first class employee benefits advice and guidance to corporate clients.
The role holder will be expected to identify appropriate opportunities and prospect and generate new business from existing clients to meet business quality metrics and revenue growth targets.

The role holder will take ownership and manage multiple client relationships and work collaboratively with Principal Partners in the handover of new clients into Practice, aligned to a Consulting Partner. They will be required to manage the ongoing relationship to ensure the delivery of services and projects as detailed in employers’ client engagement letters.
The role holder will be required to maintain a thorough understanding of Secondsight’s services and make recommendations to employers on their financial wellbeing strategy.
The role holder will be expected to deliver on their own specific targets and assist in achieving the overall Practice targets, producing regular and meaningful MI.
Key skills and personal attributes:
· Build and manage relationships with existing clients and understand clients’ key business and people challenges.
· To manage and deliver the services in the employers’ client engagement letters and create additional income opportunities from relevant upselling
· Plan and implement business development opportunities in line with growth and revenue targets
· Work collaboratively with your Practice to ensure delivery of a positive client experience
· Work collaboratively with the acquisition Principal Partners and the client success manager on the transition of new client handover and new business opportunities
· Continue to develop and maintain a detailed understanding of Secondsight services
· Manage the recording and reporting of new business deals and income generation for yourself
· To participate in appropriate company and departmental training, competence and development initiatives.
· To manage and plan projects in line with our sustainability policy, ensuring that Our People, Planet and Governance are considered.
